AdzZoo has a big problem… SEM.
Search Engine Marketing is both a science and an art and, explaining the intricacies of what goes into a well-designed SEM program is outside the capabilities of many sales people. We’re talking serious geek stuff here - not run-of-the-mill feature/benefit discussions.
AdzZoo’s solution is a well-crafted strategy that eliminates the expensive trial and error that most businesses experience with PPC and SEM projects. All the guess work is eliminated and results are guaranteed. But… can the ‘average’ sales person with little or no web marketing experience sell (explain) this solution effectively?

You hit that nail on the proverbial head. I have had a hard time explaining to a person how seo works and the importance of it. Some people get it, some don’t. I always think that tthe ones who don’t understand is because I didn’t explain it right. I’m getting some great ideas from your site.
I have never had this problem, but I totally understand where you are coming from. If you’re in this business it’s your job to explain, and have people understand, what your doing and how you’re doing it. I think you have found an avenue that works and don’t even know it!

I think the problem with most salespeople is that they talk too much and try to explain what they don’t understand hoping the customer will jump up and demand to buy their product. Seriously, customers just want their problems solved. The key is to keep the issue on the problem and ask for the order. In 90% of sales calls, the sales person never asks for the order – and that is the real problem.
Hi Dean, in most instances, I couldn’t agree with you more. My point is that these SEO/PPC topics are so new (to most people) that neither the customer nor the sales person knows enough about things to speak to the problem and make a decision on the solution. Educating the sales staff is (IMHO) a big challenge for AdzZoo.
